Axess Group has secured a long-term Asset Integrity Management contract with Noble Corporation for operations offshore Guyana.

The agreement covers inspection and certification services for four Noble drillships operating in Guyana’s offshore basin. The work is aimed at supporting safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.

Under the contract, Axess said on January 6 that it will deploy its digital inspection platform, Bridge, developed by Axess Digital. The system is designed to improve data collection, reporting, and analytics, giving Noble greater visibility into asset condition and performance.

The services will be delivered through Axess’ Total Rig Integrity Management framework. The approach consolidates inspection activities and uses multi-disciplined teams to reduce mobilizations and limit the number of personnel onboard, lowering emissions and improving cost transparency.

Fergus Murray, Vice President for the Americas at Axess Group, said the award strengthens the company’s regional footprint and local focus. “This contract marks a significant milestone for Axess in Guyana, perfectly aligning with our long-term commitment to localisation,” Murray said.

He added, “We are excited to deepen our partnership with Noble and strengthen our presence across the CARICOM region. Together with our joint venture partner GLASS, we now have a strong foundation to further invest in training and developing a skilled local workforce, reinforcing the local content commitments we stand by.”

Noble said the partnership supports improvements in its Guyana operations. “As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement in our Guyana operations, Noble is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Axess to enhance rig inspection services,” Project Manager at Noble Corporation, Stefan Peters, said. “We believe Axess can bring significant value through their pillars of People, Process, and Technology. By leveraging their global expertise, we aim to adopt best-in-class practices, implement sustainable solutions, and integrate cutting-edge digital products into our operations.”

Guyana has emerged as the most active location for Noble Corporation’s rigs, with four high-specification drillships operating exclusively in the ExxonMobil-operated Stabroek Block.
