Noble Finance Company, an affiliate of Noble Corporation, has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to pre-qualify companies capable of delivering scaffolding services offshore Guyana.
The company is seeking detailed responses from vendors to support its operations in the Stabroek Block, where four drillships – Noble Tom Madden, Noble Sam Croft, Noble Don Taylor, and Noble Bob Douglas – are currently active.

According to the public RFI, the required services include preparing, packing, and marking scaffolding materials for transport, mobilising equipment and personnel offshore, building and dismantling scaffolding, and producing weekly on-hire reports.
Vendors must also perform offshore site surveys, assess scaffolding needs, and handle demobilisation onshore. Additional requirements include engineering, reporting, training, and ensuring that all services comply with relevant specifications, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
