The company via a public request for information said it plans to accommodate its growing workforce and operational needs with facilities that include an office complex and residential units.

The office complex should house 100 staff and feature a conference room, cafeteria, gym, and parking lot. The residential section should offer 30 executive apartment rooms, additional guest apartments, a swimming pool, and a kitchen/dining hall.
