The official Guyana launch of Caribbean Energy Week (CEW) 2027 has been rescheduled for September 1, 2026.

The event had previously been scheduled for July 20. It will now take place at the Guyana Marriott Hotel in Georgetown from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The launch will be held under the patronage of President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali. Minister of Natural Resources Vickram Bharrat has also endorsed the event.

Government officials, investors, operators, industry executives, and other stakeholders are expected to attend. They will receive an early look at the priorities shaping CEW 2027.

Organizers said the discussions will cover “upstream expansion and LNG development” as well as infrastructure projects and regional energy integration. The event will also examine Guyana’s role in regional energy growth.

“Join us in September for a night of partnership, exploration and investment opportunities as we gather industry executives, investors and key stakeholders to unveil the vision for the next edition of the Caribbean’s premier energy event,” organizers said.

Interested participants can enquire to attend through the event’s website.
