ExxonMobil Guyana Limited (EMGL) has issued a public Request for Information (RFI) as it plans to put in place a services agreement for tubular and accessories rental services to support its drilling campaign in Guyana.
The RFI aims to identify suppliers with qualified personnel and the capacity to provide tubular and accessories rental services within the Georgetown area for the ExxonMobil Guyana drilling program.
According to the scope outlined, contractors must be able to support several technical and operational disciplines throughout the contract period.

These include compliance with API drill pipe standards and recommended practices, tubular supply chain and logistics expertise, and project management.
Suppliers are also expected to have facilities and procedures for tubulars, crossovers, and accessories storage, including proper cleaning, inspection, and preservation. The scope further requires assembly, make-up, and pressure testing capabilities, along with the ability to design and provide machining support for accessories, or access to equivalent services.
