Guyana’s Natural Resources Fund Green Paper will be laid in the National Assembly for consideration and made public today, August 8, 2018, just after 14:00 hours.

Minister of Natural Resources, Raphael Trotman made this disclosure during the inaugural meeting of the Natural Resources Multi-Stakeholder Committee on Wednesday, August 8, at the Arthur Chung Convention Center.

The Green Paper was designed to stimulate discussion and to put forward key issues for consideration with regard to legislation to be enacted in relation to Guyana’s national patrimony. It also makes proposals for the spending and investment of oil revenues.
