Guyana Shore Base Inc. (GYSBI), in partnership with Muneshwers Limited and its Joint Venture partners, will host a comprehensive career fair on Saturday, August 24th, 2024, at the Everest Cricket Club, Camp Road, Georgetown, from 09:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs. The event will feature over 150 job opportunities across various sectors, including positions for Yard Foremen, Mechanics, Project Managers, Software Developers, and more.

The company in weekend release said participating companies include Paragon Transport and Lifting Services, Cranes Guyana Inc., Harbour Tugs Guyana Inc., Muneshwers Shipping, Paragon Construction, Barge Solutions Guyana Inc., and Muneshwers Events Store.

Robin Muneshwer, Executive Director of GYSBI and Muneshwers Limited, highlighted the increasing demand for skilled professionals due to the companies’ expansion in sectors like oil and gas and construction. He expressed optimism about attracting highly qualified candidates to fill the numerous vacancies, noting that on-the-spot interviews will be conducted.

“Muneshwers, GYSBI, and all our affiliated companies are experiencing continuous growth, and we currently have over 150 positions available. We strongly encourage individuals who possess the relevant qualifications and experience to attend the fair and participate in the on-site interviews,” Muneshwer stated.

Candidates interested in attending are advised to bring their resume, ID card, academic certificates, TIN certificate, and any other relevant supporting documents. The fair will also allow companies to assess applicants’ skills for future employment opportunities.
