EnerMech has been selected by SBM Offshore to perform pre-commissioning work on the ONE GUYANA floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel. The FPSO will arrive in Guyana this year.
EnerMech said it executed pre-commissioning work for all three FPSOs currently producing offshore Guyana—Liza Destiny, Liza Unity, and Prosperity. It recently secured the Gas-to-Energy Pipeline Pre-Commissioning Project, which included maintenance work on the Destiny and Unity FPSOs.

The ONE GUYANA FPSO, commissioned by SBM Offshore for ExxonMobil Guyana, is designed to produce approximately 250,000 barrels of oil per day. It will also process up to 450 million cubic feet of gas and inject up to 300,000 barrels of water per day. The vessel, which will be spread-moored in water depths of about 1,800 meters, has a storage capacity of approximately two million barrels of crude oil.
Under its latest contract, EnerMech announced that it will perform offshore riser leak testing, gas injection riser de-watering, umbilical electrical and fiber optic testing, and interconnecting tubing installation, along with flushing and testing of critical equipment.
