DOF Subsea has announced one-year contract extensions for two of its vessels operating offshore Guyana.
The company said in a LinkedIn post on October 23 that the Skandi Nomad is now contracted until the fourth quarter of 2026, while the Skandi Constructor has been extended until the second quarter of 2027.
“We’re pleased to share that the contracts for Skandi Nomad and Skandi Constructor have been extended by one year each,” DOF stated. “A big thank you to our teams and partners for making this possible.”
DOF Subsea has been a key contractor for ExxonMobil, executing subsea works in the Stabroek Block – one of the world’s most prolific offshore oil provinces. The Block, located offshore Guyana, holds an estimated 11 billion barrels of oil equivalent across more than 30 discoveries to date.
