Stabroek Block operator, Esso Exploration & Production Guyana Limited (EEPGL), plans to put in place a contract for the provision of managed warehouse facility and services as its operations expand in the South American nation.

In a public request for information (RFI), Exxon said it has eyed three locations; East Coast of Demerara up to Chateau Margot, central Georgetown or the East Bank of Demerara up to Providence.

Exxon said the facility should have a minimum area space of no less than 1000 sq. metres or 0.25 acres.

The company said it is also willing to share space in a larger facility, once designated “solely” for its use.

Exxon currently has two projects online in the Stabroek Block with another – the Payara slated for start-up later this year.
