ExxonMobil has awarded Tenaris its 2024 Supplier of the Year title, recognizing the company’s global performance and alignment with ExxonMobil’s values. The announcement was made on December 16, 2024.

“Over the past year, Tenaris has consistently demonstrated superior performance globally across ExxonMobil, including Guyana and the Permian region, and effectively met our business needs with high standards,” stated Rebecca Vest, ExxonMobil’s Vice President of Procurement. She also commended Tenaris for delivering valuable outcomes.

Paolo Rocca, Tenaris Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, expressed pride in the recognition. “This distinction reaffirms our commitment to serve beyond products and services. I applaud the dedication of our team to engineer solutions and develop services that add value,” Rocca said.

Tenaris, a long-term supplier to ExxonMobil, provides OCTG solutions and services, including its Rig Direct® mill-to-well model. The company supports ExxonMobil’s onshore, offshore, and deepwater exploration projects worldwide.

The award considers various factors, such as competitiveness, service quality, delivery commitments, sustainability, and performance in safety, security, health, and the environment.

ExxonMobil is the operator of Guyana’s Stabroek Block.
