Youth who were trained in the SSYDR Job Readiness Program will be afforded the opportunity to benefit from the 12-week on the job training program with SRSGY.  The youth will commence training in batches of six and will be awarded a generous monthly stipend. Successful completion of the program can result in a possibility of permanent employment.  This internship opportunity will allow youth to develop skills and attitudes that can contribute to their sustained personal development and economic empowerment.

“This MoU is a perfect complement to our work and focus, of linking youth to livelihood opportunities.  The added plus of SSYDR Inc is that there are Coaches who will keep in contact with youth to give continuous guidance whenever the need arises,” said Magda Fiona Wills, Founder / Executive Director, Specialists in Sustained Youth Development and Research Inc.

“It is with great pleasure that we at SRSGY welcome this important initiative which will create many opportunities for youth from SSYDR to explore and access various career choices. This partnership will bridge the growing disconnect between youth and the employment world and to involve the next generation of leaders in meaningful exposure to their desired career paths,” said Kerri Gravesande-Bart, Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer, Strategic Recruitment Solutions Inc.
