Mud plant expansion is leading Halliburton Guyana Inc.’s latest round of contracting opportunities, with the company opening multiple procurement exercises across infrastructure and equipment supply.

The company published several Expressions of Interest (EOIs) through Guyana’s Local Content Register, covering projects including a liquid mud plant mixing tank shed extension, a semi-automatic pallet stretch-wrapping machine, and an industrial-scale system for its Eccles facility.

For the mud plant project, the scope requires a company to “procure, construct, and extend our existing steel-framed shed in the mixing area at our existing Water Street facility capable of supporting our operational requirements”.

The selected contractor will be responsible for the “design, fabrication, delivery, installation, integration, and testing of all components required to provide a turn-key operational [waste management area].”

The equipment supply packages include delivery of a semi-automatic pallet stretch wrap machine and a full industrial weighing system, both to support logistics and warehouse operations in Guyana’s growing oil and gas sector.
