Effective immediately, Eco Atlantic’s President and CEO, Gil Holzman, and Alice Carroll will assume all responsibilities for the company’s operational and technical teams. Country managers will now report directly to the CEO.
Holzman paid tribute to his colleague and friend, saying, “Colin’s broad experience across both the oil & gas and mining sectors, as well as his unique personality and entrepreneurial spirit, made him a special asset to the natural resources industry. Above all and first and foremost, he was a dear friend of mine, who will be sorely missed by the entire Eco Atlantic Group.”
Eco operates across three frontier basins – Guyana, Namibia and South Africa – holding 85% interests in three Namibian blocks following a farm-out and a 75% working interest in South Africa’s Block 1 as operator.
