Halliburton has announced the launch of its 2025 recruitment drive for the Development Excellence Engineer Program (DEEP) in Guyana.
The global energy services provider is calling on final semester students and recent graduates from STEM fields to apply.
The DEEP program offers a select group of candidates the opportunity to shadow professionals across at least two Product Service Lines and Support Functions. Participants will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The company said the program is ideal for those who are “excited by challenges” and want to work in a “fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment which serves the upstream oil and gas industry throughout the lifecycle of the reservoir”.
Eligible applicants must be in their last semester or have graduated within the past 18 months from a STEM discipline such as electronics, petroleum, chemical or mechanical engineering, science, math, technology, or a related field. Candidates must also be Guyanese residents willing to travel within the country and commit full-time to the program.
