The DEEP program allows selected candidates to gain experience across Product Service Lines and Support Functions, providing exposure to different areas of the business. Halliburton also runs the DEEP program in Guyana, where it has been operating since 2015 as a prime contractor for ExxonMobil. The company started with cementing services and has since expanded its operations to include a broader range of offerings across the offshore sector. Its mud plant in Guyana is among the largest in the hemisphere.
