Wide-ranging services, supplies being sought for construction of ExxonMobil Guyana HQ

NABI/KCL Oilfield Construction Services Guyana, a joint venture of NABI Construction Inc., Guyana and Kee-Chanona Limited of Trinidad, are seeking wide-ranging services for the construction of ExxonMobil Guyana’s new headquarters at Ogle, East Bank Demerara.

The joint venture company has invited suppliers and contractors to submit expressions of interest for opportunities in the areas of civil works, the supply of pre-stressed concrete piles, general building works, air conditioning, electrical works, plumbing, elevator installation, supply of generators, solar panels, landscaping, fencing, security among others services.

The company said that the entities submitting expressions of interest must first be registered with the Centre for Local Business Development.

In addition, they are mandated to submit documents related to their incorporation, audited financial statements, VAT Registration, TIN Certificate, Health and Safety Policy Statement, National Insurance Scheme Registration Certificate among others. The deadline for the submission of the expressions of interest is Friday April 18.

Nabi/KCL Oilfield Construction Services Guyana said in a statement on April 4 that it was honoured to undertake the project that will see construction of ExxonMobil’s Guyana in-country office complex which will be constructed on a green field 15-acre site comprising two buildings, associated infrastructure and a net-zero energy footprint.
